Factions go into certain states depending on their influence relative to other minor factions in a local system, their security/economy states, and sometimes at completely random you'll get positive or negative states like public holidays or terrorist attacks. | ||

@Wortnik That's relieving. Many CMDRs get involved in BGS too early on and they find themselves frustrated when they can't do it to the capacity other people can. | ||
